Macrozoobenthos biomass in the prospective wind farm \"Butendiek\" and surroundings (2003-08)@en

88 stations have been sampled with a box corer (0.02 m² surface area, 2 replicates per station) and sieved through 1 mm meshes. The residual fauna was fixed in buffered formaline solution and later sorted to species level. Biomass per species (wet weight) was determined by weighing for large sized species and calculated from averages of previous studies for small sized species.本研究采用箱式采泥器（box corer，采样面积0.02 m²，每个站位设置2个重复样）对88个站位开展采样，随后通过1毫米孔径的网筛进行筛分。经筛分留存的动物群落以缓冲福尔马林溶液固定，后续被分选鉴定至物种水平。各物种的生物量（湿重）测定方式如下：体型较大的物种通过直接称重获得实测值，体型较小的物种则基于既往研究的平均生物量进行估算。
