Dynamics of in vivo vitamin D signalling in Human immune cells

In this study, we analyse the in-vivo modulation of the transcriptome of human PBMCs over a time course by a bolus of vitamin D3 (80000 IU). PBMCs of 1 healthy individual was collected directly before the uptake of vitamin D bolus and over a time course of 04h, 24h and 48h after in take of the vitamin D bolus. Analysis was performed to identify the response vitamin D target genes over time.
