RNA-seq datasets of field rapeseed cultures conditioned by Elice16Indures® biostimulator

RNA-seq data set of field control and Elice16Indures-treated rapeseed plants are presented. Elice16Indures® plant conditioner combines the effects of a number of herbs to increase the yield of dicotyledonous plants in the field. The file contents are transcriptomical analysis of control and treated rapeseed; count table, Differencial Expressed Genes (DEG) table by NOIseq program, annotation table, most specific upregulated genes table by Fisher exact test, most specific downregulated genes table by Fisher exact test.本数据集包含田间对照组与经Elice16Indures®处理的油菜植株的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据。Elice16Indures® 植物调理剂结合多种草本植物的功效，可提升田间双子叶植物的产量。数据集涵盖对照组与处理组油菜的转录组学分析结果，具体文件包括：计数表、经NOIseq软件分析得到的差异表达基因（Differencial Expressed Genes，DEG）表、注释表、经费希尔精确检验筛选得到的特异性上调基因表，以及经费希尔精确检验筛选得到的特异性下调基因表。
