Project-Based Applications of PLS-SEM (SmartPLS) on Ecosystem Balance–Oriented Behavior Data is a collection of applied projects that utilize Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS, based on a single shared dataset. The dataset focuses on ecosystem balance–oriented behavior, defined as behaviors related to maintaining environmental cleanliness, ecosystem balance, and protecting forests from degradation. Across all projects, Dialog Learning and Practice Learning are positioned as exogenous variables representing participatory learning through dialog-based interaction and experiential practice. Facilities function as a mediating variable that bridges the influence of participatory learning on ecosystem balance–oriented environmental behavior.

In addition, the project collection includes a model modification stage, in which an initial unidimensional model is further developed into a multidimensional model. Specifically, Dialog Learning and Practice Learning are specified as Lower-Order Components (LOCs) that form Participatory Learning as a Higher-Order Component (HOC). This modeling approach is employed to capture the conceptual complexity of participatory learning more comprehensively and to demonstrate the methodological implications of using hierarchical component models in PLS-SEM.
