The record of reports of suspicions of corruption and violations of the ZIntPK refers to reporting persons and reported persons. It contains, in particular, the following personal data: name and surname, address of permanent or temporary residence and other data related to the prevention and investigation of reported corrupt practices. Data processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting procedures for the resolution of incoming reports and for the purpose of identifying corruption and exercising the responsibilities of the Commission and other state bodies in the field of corruption prevention.
