Lagoon Pingo atmospheric drone measurements and validation data

Data intended for quantifying methane emissions from Lagoon Pingo, an open system pingo, was collected during a field campaign in Moskus Lagoon, Adventdalen, Svalbard. Methane emissions was inferred from drone-based atmospheric measurements using Bayesian inference. These estimates were compared to 1) dissolved methane measurements measuring the methane concentration in the water bodies where the methane was emitted, 2) floating flux chamber measurements that gives an estimate of the methane surface flux and ebullition measurments giving percentage concentration of the observed bubbles coming from the lake at the site. This dataset includes: 1) Drone-based atmospheric measurements -- in the form of processed data from individual sensors and processed, synchronised and merged data from all the sensors (including the flight log).
