The data file contains the daily average of measured counts/sec from the DSCOVR-EPIC instrument viewing the sun illuminated eath from an Earth-Sun Langrage-1 orbit. Only days with complete geographic coverage of the entire rotating earth are included (at least 12 images per day). Deep Space Climate Observatory-Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera -999 = missing data
