This study aims to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Huazhuo Formula (BSHXHZF) in the treatment of liver fibrosis associated with Wilson's disease (WD). The research utilizes a combination of transcriptomics, network pharmacology, and molecular docking techniques. Transcriptomic Analysis: High-throughput chip sequencing will be used to identify differentially expressed long non-coding RNAs (DELncRNAs) and messenger RNAs (DEmRNAs) in liver tissues from different groups (control, model, and treatment). Key DELncRNAs and their target genes will be analyzed to uncover relevant signaling pathways involved in liver fibrosis progression and treatment. Network Pharmacology: Active compounds in BSHXHZF will be identified, followed by an analysis of their associated signaling pathways relevant to liver fibrosis treatment in WD. This includes the investigation of key compounds like Tanshinone IIA, quercetin, and luteolin, and their potential mechanisms in regulating liver fibrosis pathways. Molecular Docking: Molecular docking will be used for initial validation of the interactions between active compounds and their target genes, confirming their role in liver fibrosis treatment.The key focus is on understanding how BSHXHZF modulates sphingolipid signaling and IL-17 pathways to improve liver fibrosis in Wilson's disease.
