Whole exome sequencing of human HEK-293T cells transiently overexpressing a human APOBEC3 cDNA

To identify exome-wide effects of human APOBEC3 genes, human HEK-293T cells were transiently transfected for 48 hours with a either an empty vector control construct (pcDNA3.1+) or an expression construct for human APOBEC3 ORF cDNA. Transfections were performed in triplicate. The raw sequencing data provided with this study were obtained with two separate sequencing runs of the libraries.
