BCR sequences in AIRR format from LIBRAseq experiments on PBMC from kidney transplant recipients. Data is enriched for B-cell specific for BKPyV(Beam_code > 0) but also includes non-specific B-cells (BEAM_code = 0) Data is annotated with clonotype ID determined using combined data from the four files (clone_id), Sample_id determined from HTO data (each experiment processed separately), and BEAM_code representing binding of different BKPyV genotypes (each experiment processed separately). The data used to assign the BEAM_code variable (UMI counts for each antigen probe) is also included, as well as Azimuth Level 2 annotation of B-cell subtype.
