阀门生产有几个核心的属性,阀门类型、阀门体型、口径、压力、连接方式、通缩径、内件和主体材料,并且每个属性可以根据客户下单时任意定制属性值。
生产核心最重要的三个数据,物料组成、图纸和工艺,统称该产品的生产资料。
一般来说,差不多规格的阀门,其生产工艺是一样的,需要的物料组成、图纸也是类似的,只有个别规格不一样。但是,如果按照全量的数据准备物料清单等生产数据,那么需要的物料清单及其衍生版本的数据是巨大的,不便于管理。对于旧品(已经有对应生产资料的产品),生产部门只需要评估该版本生产资料能否满足客户的需要,满足则按照生产样品->检测->正式投产->交付的流程走即可。对于新品或者该生产资料需要调整的产品来说,我们则需要去重新得出一份生产资料。
故而我们根据泵阀行业的规则以及历史处理过的物料清单等数据,得出一份配置清单模板数据。按照清单模板数据以及下单时物料数据与成品数据的相似度对比,取出相似度最高的成品,选取其物料清单、图纸及工艺做基础进行修改,确定这个新品所需要的生产版本,以及评估这个生产版本能不能适配客户的需求。后续也是按照生产样品->检测->正式投产->交付的流程走。阀门跟生产相关的核心属性,有阀门类型、阀门体型、口径、压力、连接方式、通缩径、内件和主体材料。当客户下单的产品是新品或者需要走定制流程时,可以根据自己的需求定制阀体,确定阀体上述属性的决定值。根据阀门类型和阀门体型,基本可以确定物料清单的组成大体结构。根据口径、压力和连接方式,可以确定出内件号,内件号可以填充各bom组件的具体参数,并匹配出对应物料。在实际的生产过程中,销售下单后,可有销售订单行的成品属性的出来一个属性的集合A。配置模板每个成品配置项,可出来N个该成品的相关属性集合B,基于这些集合计算相似度。相似度是根据jaccard公式计算的,相似度=J(A,B)=|A∩B|/|A∪B|。由此可以计算出相似度最高的成品配置项。由成品配置项可以迅速生成草稿的bom单,并由车间主管进行审核,确定生产计划。对于大部分常见的阀体来说,bom单的准确率可达85%以上,需要特殊场景使用的产品,车间主管可能需要在这个bom单上做一些特殊属性和工艺的调整。这份数据,极大减少了bom环节机械拷贝数据的工作量。
There are several core attributes for valve production, including valve type, valve body style, nominal diameter, pressure rating, connection type, reduced bore, internal trim, and body material. All these attributes can be freely customized based on customer order requirements.
The three most critical production-related data points for a valve are its material composition, engineering drawings, and production process, which are collectively referred to as the product's production documentation.
Generally speaking, valves with similar specifications share identical production processes, and their required material compositions and engineering drawings are also highly similar, with only minor differences for individual specifications. However, if production data such as bill of materials (BOMs) are prepared using full-volume datasets, the volume of BOMs and their derived versions will be extremely large, posing significant management challenges.
For existing products (those with corresponding production documentation already on file), the production department only needs to evaluate whether the existing production documentation version meets the customer's requirements. If it does, the workflow of producing samples -> inspection -> formal production -> delivery can be directly followed.
For new products or products requiring adjustments to their existing production documentation, a new set of production documentation must be redeveloped.
Therefore, based on the industry rules of pump and valve manufacturing and historical processed data such as BOMs, we have developed a set of configuration list template data.
By comparing the similarity between the order-specific material data and finished product data using the configuration list templates, we can identify the finished product with the highest similarity. We then take its BOM, drawings, and production process as the basis for modification, determine the production version required for the new product, and evaluate whether this version can meet the customer's needs. The subsequent workflow will still follow the sequence of producing samples -> inspection -> formal production -> delivery.
The core production-related attributes for valves include valve type, valve body style, nominal diameter, pressure rating, connection type, reduced bore, internal trim, and body material. When a customer orders a new product or one that requires a custom workflow, they can customize the valve body and determine the specific values of the above attributes according to their needs.
The general structure of the BOM can be basically determined based on the valve type and body style. The internal trim number can be determined based on the nominal diameter, pressure rating, and connection type; this trim number can be used to fill in the specific parameters of each BOM component and match the corresponding materials.
In actual production, after a sales order is placed, a set of attributes A can be derived from the finished product attributes of the sales order line. For each finished product configuration item in the configuration template, N sets of relevant attributes B for that finished product can be derived. Similarity is calculated using the Jaccard formula: similarity = J(A,B) = |A ∩ B| / |A ∪ B|. This allows us to calculate the finished product configuration item with the highest similarity.
A draft BOM can be quickly generated from the top-ranked finished product configuration item, and reviewed by the workshop supervisor to finalize the production plan. For most common valve bodies, the accuracy rate of the generated draft BOM can reach over 85%. For products intended for special scenarios, the workshop supervisor may need to make adjustments to special attributes and processes on this BOM.
This dataset has significantly reduced the manual repetitive data copying workload in the BOM preparation stage.
