XPlanung dataset BPL “Stools”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hofacker” of the city of Osterburken from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Hofacker, Priority Use MD.开发计划（Development Plan，简称BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用的数据集为奥斯特布尔肯（Osterburken）市基于XPlanung 5.0标准编制的"Hofacker"开发计划。说明：霍法克（Hofacker），优先用途MD。
