NRS-14750 | Registers of medical treatment [Girls' Training Home, Parramatta]

This series consists of volumes that record medical complaints of residents of Girls' Training Home, Parramatta and any treatments administered as a result.The volumes provide the following information: name; date; card number; serial number; age; symptoms or complaint; and treatment given. In addition, the registers contain isolated doctors' notes on the treatment of certain diseases and diet charts. A number of these volumes record the visiting medical officer's name on the front cover.
