IL-25-induced effector-memory ILC2s mediate small intestinal adaptation [scRNA-seq]

This study used single cell RNA sequencing of small intestinal epitheilal cells +50 days after an IL-25 regimen or PBS regimen in wild type mice to study long-term changes in gene expression by epitheilal cells. Mice (wild type) were injected i.p. with IL-25 (500ng) or PBS 3x a week for 4 weeks and then rested for 50+ days. Epitheilal cells (EpCAM+, CD45- ) were then sort purified from the small intestine. Cells were then used for single cell RNA sequencing using the 10x Genomics platform.
