mean_stimulus_response_df_omitted_running_events.h5

dataframe containing the average response for all neurons in the dataset, separated into trials where an image was shown and trials where the stimulus was omitted, then further separated by whether the mouse was running or stationary. Additional metadata includes the mean response in a 500ms window after stimulus or omission onset, the fraction of trials with a significant response for that condition, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for each recorded neuron. Responses are reported as deconvolved calcium events in a [-0.5, 0.75] second window around the stimulus or omission time.
