This layer gives the isohypses of the base of the Westphalian, as defined in the Geological 3D model of the Flemish subsurface - version 3.1. The Geological 3D model was drawn up in the framework of the management agreement of the Flemish government with VITO, under the name VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Environmental Planning Bureau.本图层展示了佛兰德斯地下地质三维模型（版本3.1）中所定义的西菲阶（Westphalian）基底等高线。该地质三维模型系依据佛兰德斯政府与VITO签署的管理协议，以VLAKO为项目名称，代表佛兰德斯环境规划局编制完成。
