This dataset consists of archive data from the TSE/prion studies of the Roslin Institute (formerly Neuropathogenesis Unit of IAH). These studies consist of mouse transmission data from the 1960s to the early 2000s of scrapie, BSE, CWD and human prion diseases as well as pathogenesis and therapeutic studies. Studies were funded by a variety of sources including internal funding, BBSRC (BB/J004332/1 and BBS/E/D/20002173), MRC, Wellcome and DEFRA.
