Cardiovascular Disease Risk Dataset

The Cardiovascular Disease Risk Dataset (CVDR) contains anonymized data on risk factors of 71 participants, recorded in 2 different periods, totaling 142 instances. Participants were registered with a unique ID. Data for the same participant in a different period was registered with the same ID. The database includes data on age, sex, weight (kg), height (m), BMI, blood pressure (mmHg), total cholesterol (mg/dl), HDL (mg/dl), abdominal circumference (cm), fasting blood sugar (mg/dl) and information on smoking (Y/N). The dataset also includes the risk score (CVD RISK): low, intermediate and high risk of cardiovascular disease development, evaluated by health professionals.心血管疾病风险数据集（CVDR）收录了71名受试者的匿名化心血管疾病风险因素数据，分两个不同周期采集，总计142条样本数据。所有受试者均分配有唯一识别编号，同一受试者在不同周期的记录将使用同一编号进行关联。 该数据集涵盖受试者的年龄、性别、体重（kg）、身高（m）、身体质量指数（BMI）、血压（mmHg）、总胆固醇（mg/dl）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL，mg/dl）、腹围（cm）、空腹血糖（mg/dl）等指标数据，以及吸烟情况信息（Y/N，其中Y代表是，N代表否）。此外，该数据集还包含由医疗专业人员评估得出的心血管疾病风险评分（CVD RISK），风险等级分为低、中、高三级，用于表征受试者的心血管疾病发病风险水平。
