Purpose: To build an atlas of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) using single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data with surface protein expression using AbSeq oligo-tagged antibodies. Overall design: 9 samples from 7 HNSCC patients were analyzed. These include 2 matched pairs of primary tumor and lymph node metastasis, 2 unmatched pairs, and 1 unmatched primary tumor. Fractions from mechanical digestion and enzymatic digestion were processed separately for each sample.
