Single cell RNA sequence data from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of CHB(chronic hepatitis B) patients

Our study provides novel insights into the role of monocyte-derived IL-1ß in the decline of serum HBsAg during nucleotide analogs (NAs) therapy for CHB(chronic hepatitis B). IL-1ß not only emerges as a mechanistically relevant biomarker but may also represent a future therapeutic target for strategies aimed at achieving a functional cure. Overall design: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells of CHB(chronic hepatitis B) patients were analysed by scRNA-seq under nucleotide analogs (NAs) therapies.
