Gene expression analysis of the effect of MIDKINE (MDK) on bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG). Overall design: Bone marrow cells from C57BL/6J mice were flushed and cultured with Fms Related Receptor Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG) (50 ng/ml). On the 7th day FLT3LG) (50 ng/ml) was renewed with or without recombinant human MIDKINE (10 ng/ml) for 2 days. 500ng of total RNA samples were used. Each condition was analyzed in triplicates.
