Keratinocyte response to SNHG26 silencing. Keratinocyte response to SNHG26 silencing

Analysis the transcriptome of keratinocyte after SNHG26 silencing with or without TNFa treatment for 3 hours. SNHG26 is a conseved lncRNA which is upregulated in the epidermis of human and mouse acute wound. Results of this profiling provide insight into the biological role of SNHG26 in keratinocytes. Overall design: Human adult primary keratinocytes were cultured in Epilife medium supplement with Human Keratinocyte Growth Supplement and 1X Penicillin-Streptomycin. 10nM SNHG26-ASO or Ctrl_ASO was transfected for 24 hours followed by TNFa stimulation for another 3 hours. The total RNA was extracted by miRNeasy mini Kits (Qiagen) following the manufacture instruction. The transcriptome profiling of keratinocytes was performed using Affymetrix Clariom S microarray.
