The project aim was to understand the interactions between V. cholerae and chironomid egg masses microbiota.Ten chironomid egg masses were sampled monthly over a period of one year in two sites; WSP and Nahalal.Our aim was to monitor the annual dynamics of chironomid populations and its microbiota in order to better understand the interactions between the egg masses populations, their microbiota and in particular, V. cholerae.
