本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本产品为医疗设备使用数据分析，核心价值是优化设备全生命周期管理，通过挖掘设备的使用效率、临床价值和运维数据，帮助医疗机构平衡“临床需求满足”与“成本效益最大化”，同时保障医疗安全。

This data product is sourced from the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers multiple types such as the front page of medical records, electronic medical records (EMR), examination and test reports, medical orders, detailed expense records, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. High-quality medical data products are formed through subsequent data governance and processing. This product focuses on medical equipment usage data analysis, with its core value being to optimize the full lifecycle management of medical equipment. By mining the usage efficiency, clinical value, and operation and maintenance data of equipment, it helps medical institutions balance the satisfaction of clinical needs and the maximization of cost-effectiveness, while ensuring medical safety.
