Illumina paired-end RNA sequences from leaves of 16 individuals of Helianthemum marifolium (four individuals from each of the four recognised taxonomic subspecies) were cleaned and assembled de novo using Trinity and Oases. EvidentialGene provides the curated assembled transcriptome containing 122002 transcripts.
