To investigate the impact of the GPR55 agonist O-1602 on the transcriptome of HEI-OC1 cells damaged by cisplatin (CDDP), we collected three groups of HEI-OC1 cells: one treated with CDDP alone, and another co-treated with both O-1602 and cisplatin, subsequently performing RNA-seq analysis on all samples.
