This study examines the pedagogical challenges English Language Teaching (ELT) teachers face when integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. It investigates the influence of demographic factors—gender, age, and teaching experience—on perceptions of AI effectiveness, usability, and teaching challenges. The findings highlight the need for inclusive, gender-sensitive AI training across all experience levels.
