Dataset of Brazilian participants (University students). Participants (n= 174; 144 women; mean age = 20.7 years; standard deviation = 4.35) performed two tasks. In the first task, 16 pictures of foods (8 UPF and 8 UMPF), and 74 pictures from other affective categories (from the International Affective Pictures System, IAPS; Lang, Bradley & Cuthbert, 2008), were presented. After viewing each picture, the participants rated it along two basic dimensions of emotion through the Self-Assessment Manikin scale: pleasantness and arousal. In the second task, the participants viewed the same food pictures, and they rated their intention to consume the foods depicted in the pictures. The dataset contains:
1) Table 1 with information about the level of emotional evocativeness of each picture (food pictures and pictures from IAPS).
2) Table 2 with information about the affective ratings per participant.
3) Table 3 with information about the intention to consume ratings per participant.
本数据集的受试群体为巴西大学生。本次研究共纳入174名参与者(其中144名女性,平均年龄20.7岁,标准差4.35),所有参与者完成两项任务。
第一项任务中,共呈现16张食品图片(8张超加工食品(Ultra-Processed Food, UPF)、8张非超加工食品(Non-Ultra-Processed Food, UMPF)),以及74张取自其他情感类别的图片(来自《国际情感图片系统(International Affective Pictures System, IAPS)》;Lang、Bradley与Cuthbert,2008)。参与者在观看每张图片后,需通过自我评定模拟人量表(Self-Assessment Manikin scale),从情绪的两个基本维度——愉悦度与唤醒度——对图片进行评分。

本数据集包含以下内容:
1. 表1:各图片(含食品图片与IAPS来源图片)的情绪唤起程度相关信息;
2. 表2:每位参与者的情感评分相关信息;
3. 表3:每位参与者的食用意愿评分相关信息。
