Transcriptome data of different pathogenic stages in Cytospora chrysosperma

To analyze whether the 22 SNAREs in C. chrysosperma were required for the fungal virulence, we performed a transcriptomic analysis during the infection processes, we planned to make a transcriptomic analysis at the infection stages 0d,1d, 3d, which might result from the tissue necrosis during the infection process. The expression of SNARE protein in different pathogenic stages in Cytospora chrysosperma
