Base samples and new instances generated by reverse engineering from instance space analysis

In a forthcoming publication, we propose a new method to generate diverse, feasible, and reasonable instances for machine scheduling problems:
- the single machine weighted tardiness problem - SMTWTP
- the classic job shop problem - JSSP
- a complex serial-batch scheduling problem with parallel machines, incompatible job families, sequence-dependent setup times, and arbitrary batch capacity requirements (PSBIJF).

This dataset provides the existing instances (base samples) used by the new Reverse Engineering Instance Generator (RIG) and the newly generated instances for each problem.

For easy integration into new projects, we have provided all instances in a unified format.
