PASEC 2019 dataset

PASEC 2019 (Programme d’Analyse des Systèmes Éducatifs de la CONFEMEN) is a large-scale international assessment covering Francophone Sub-Saharan African education systems. The dataset provides nationally representative, stratified multi-stage samples of Grade 2 and 6 pupils and schools and links standardized achievement measures to rich background questionnaires at the student, teacher/classroom, and school levels. The aim of the assessment is to identify the level average of students’ cognitive skills in language-reading and mathematics.
