Coxiella burnetii infection of Galleria mellonella larvae _ Raw sequence reads

Coxiella burnetii is an obligate intracellular bacterial pathogen that can infect a variety of mammalian cell types, including insects such as the Greater wax moth (Galleria mellonella). Here, we performed transcriptome profiling throughout the infection progress by RNAseq on bacterial mRNA isolated from the hemocytes of infected G. mellonella larvae
