Tuberculosis disease is commonly associated to the infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis species. Current point-of-care diagnosis of M. tuberculosis infection is currently based on Ziehl staining, DNA molecular assay and culture, which remains fastidious. Real-time Next-Generation Sequencing is a promising tool to decrease this delay. In this case, we identify M. tuberculosis directly from cell culture supernatant after 11 minutes sequencing using Oxford Nanopore technology
