资源简介:
This dataset comprises annual abundances of tundra taxa (plants, lichens, and fungi) collected using non-destructive point-frame sampling at a study site near Kangerlussuaq, Greenland. The data derive from a long-term experiment that included exclusion of large herbivores and passive warming using open-top chambers in compliance with protocols of the International Tundra Experiment. The study was motivated by an interest in determining singular and interactive effects of herbivory and warming on abundances of arctic tundra taxa, tundra community compositional dynamics, and tundra diversity. The experiment was initiated in 2003, and the first stage of it was completed in 2017, after which herbivore exclosures were removed. The investigators reserve the right to update the dataset in the event that transcription errors or errors of omission are discovered after its publication.
