资源简介:
This study seeks to investigate genome-wide, circadian-regulated gene expression within the skeletal muscle of the Astyanax mexicanus â comprised of the river-dwelling surface fish and troglobitic cavefish â providing novel insights into the evolutionary consequence of circadian disruption on skeletal muscle physiology Overall design: Skeletal muscle from cavefish and surface fish were collected over a 24-hour cycle. Specifically, at 4-hour intervals beginning at 0600. Three fish were used at each timepoint. Skeletal muscle from cavefish and surface fish were collected at multiple timepoints spanning a 24-hour cycle. Three fish were used at each timepoint. s* samples are "river-dwelling surface fish" and p* samples are "troglobitic cavefish"
