An Instance Space of Clustering Validation Repository

Repository for the paper “An Instance Space of Clustering Validation”.Contained within this repository are the datasets, metadata, and functions to produce the results within the paper. The InstanceSpace folder contains the scripts used to generate the ISA$^3$ analysis from the metadata contained within the trial subfolder. FeatureFunctions contains the functions required to produce the 245 potential meta-features for the instance space.Data contains all datasets used within the study.ClusterAndValidationFunctions contains the scripts used to cluster and calculate the validity indexes for each dataset.
