Road Safety Camera Network - Fixed Camera Locations

All Victorian fixed digital road safety cameras are tested annually by an independent testing officer in accordance with the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2019.\r\n\r\nOnce successfully tested, a certificate of compliance (referred to here as a ‘test certificate’) is issued for each camera, confirming it adheres to the Regulations and is operating correctly.\r\n\r\nUnder the Road Safety Act 1986, photos and data from certified cameras can be used as evidence in court.

维多利亚州所有固定式数字道路安全摄像头，均由独立检测人员依据《2019年道路安全（一般）规例》（Road Safety (General) Regulations 2019）开展年度检测工作。

经检测合格后，每台摄像头将配发合规证书（本数据集下称‘检测证书’），以证明其符合相关规例且运行状态正常。

依据《1986年道路安全法》（Road Safety Act 1986），来自已认证摄像头的拍摄照片及相关数据可作为法庭呈堂证据。
