Digital Archive from an Archaeological Excavation at Blackberry Lane, Soham, Cambridgeshire, 2020-2021

This collection comprises site photographs (including images containing skeletal human remains), GIS data, and radiographic imaging from an archaeological excavation at land south of Blackberry Lane, Soham, Cambridgeshire. The archaeological mitigation was undertaken by Albion Archaeology between January 2020 and June 2021. The excavation revealed two areas of Iron Age settlement, as well as a series of Roman fields/enclosures and dispersed Saxon settlement, including two sunken-featured buildings (SFBs). Two Iron Age inhumations were also identified.
