The document dates to 1978 and was originally housed in an acidic folder within an acidfree box with other document collections from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Huntington District. The document was in good condition. Metal contaminants, including a staple and paperclip, were removed using a microspatula. One rust stain remained. Staple holes and any wrinkles or creases in the document were flattened using a bone tool. The collection contains one piece of correspondence and a public meeting announcement.
