Nucleotide (DNA / RNA) and Protein sequences from the Australian dwelling species Alectis indicus (Diamond Fish)

This data collection contains all currently published nucleotide (DNA/RNA) and protein sequences from the Australian dwelling organism Alectis indicus, commonly known as Diamond Fish.

The nucleotide (DNA/RNA) and protein sequences have been sourced through the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) and Universal Protein Resource (UniProt), databases that contains comprehensive sets of nucleotide (DNA/RNA) and protein sequences from all organisms that have been published by the International Research Community.

The identification of the species Alectis indicus as an Australian dwelling organism has been achieved by accessing the Australian Plant Census (APC) or Australian Faunal Directory (AFD) through the Atlas of Living Australia.

本数据集收录了当前所有已公开发表的、栖息于澳大利亚的印度似鲹（Alectis indicus，俗称钻石鱼）的核苷酸（DNA/RNA）与蛋白质序列。

前述核苷酸（DNA/RNA）及蛋白质序列均来源于欧洲核苷酸档案库（European Nucleotide Archive, ENA）与通用蛋白质资源库（Universal Protein Resource, UniProt），这两个数据库完整收录了国际科研共同体公开发表的、覆盖所有已发表物种的核苷酸（DNA/RNA）与蛋白质序列集合。

本数据集通过澳大利亚生物多样性图谱（Atlas of Living Australia）调取澳大利亚植物普查（Australian Plant Census, APC）与澳大利亚动物名录（Australian Faunal Directory, AFD）的相关数据，完成了印度似鲹作为澳大利亚栖息物种的物种鉴定工作。
