Replication Data for: CFD-Based Comparative Study of Hemodynamic Parameters in Normal and Tensed Pumping States of Human Heart

This repository contains the underlying numerical datasets, mesh convergence records, and post-processing visualization scripts supporting the findings of the associated computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study. The investigation delivers a comprehensive, comparative hemodynamic assessment of a patient-specific 3D human heart model reconstructed from Computed Tomography (CT) angiographic datasets sourced from the open-access ImageCAS repository. Fluid domain behavior is analyzed across two separate physiological operating modes: a normal resting state (0.02 kg/s mass flow inlet at the Superior Vena Cava) and a strained/tensed hypertensive pumping state (0.17 kg/s mass flow inlet). Blood movement is governed by Navier-Stokes and continuity equations solved via the Finite Volume Method (FVM), utilizing a non-Newtonian Carreau blood-viscosity model.
