The data is collected from various medical institutions under the Daming County Health Commission, and generated during the provision of primary public health services. It mainly includes unique identifiers of health records, as well as records containing questions such as "Are you energetic?", "Do you get fatigued easily?", "Do you experience shortness of breath easily?" for TCM constitution identification and health guidance for the elderly. This dataset is used for health intervention and chronic disease prevention and control.
