Bacterial species in grassland soils from Beijing and Tibet plateau Raw sequence reads

We sampled the grassland soils from the Tibet plateau and Beijing, in order to examine the differences in soil microbial abundances coupling with the microbial quantities. High-throughput sequencing of 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes was used to assess the relative abundances of the major species in microbial communities.
