Visualization Hydrogen on Si(111) Publication dataset

Dataset used for publication "Diffraction Contrast Imaging of Hydrogen Passivation of Silicon using Helium Microscopy", acquired by the Scanning Helium Microscope in the University of Cambridge. The main idea of the paper is to visualize hydrogen passivated silicon(111) chip using the helium scanning microscope. The zip file contains three folders for data acquired from three different samples used in the publication. Each folder contains spatial images of the sample and diffraction line scan as well. The .png image available for you to see the image, but it may require some solid state physics knowledge to understand the diffraction scan. Each folder has MATLAB script and Python notebook script used to process and analysis the data. You can check the README file for detailed description of the file organisation.
