The full transcriptional RIPK3-dependent transcriptional potential in MEFs is unknown. Here, we found that RIPK3 is a dominant driver of anti-viral and inflammatory transcription in MEFs. Overall design: Ripk3-2xFV immortalized mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) lacking MLKL, were treated with BB homodimerizer or BB homodimerizer and qVD (pan-caspase inhibitor) for 4 or 24hrs (n=3-6/group). MEF RNA lysates were then submitted for bulk RNA sequencing. NOTES: AP1 = BB, qVD= pan caspase inhibitor, RXMM = ripk3-2xFVfl/fl:ubcERT2cre+MLKL-/-
