This dataset contains the per-sample quality-filtered amplicon sequences (in FASTA format) for 16S rRNA and ITS genes, derived from a study investigating the effect of tobacco-soybean intercropping on alleviating continuous cropping obstacles. The study includes two treatments (continuous tobacco cropping and tobacco-soybean intercropping) with five biological replicates each. The original FASTQ files could not be recovered from the sequencing provider.
