Rearing water bacterial community in a shrimp rearing system co-cultivation with Nannochloropsis oculata

As a means of greenwater technology, co-culturation of microalgae with shrimp can improve the rearing water microenvironment and optimize aquaculture sustainability. However, little is known to what extent and how rearing water bacterial communities can be regulated by co-culturation. Here, using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing, we investigated the assembly of bacterial community in a shrimp rearing system co-cultivation with Nannochloropsis oculata.
