Mechanistic origin of disease suppressive soils driven by microbial communities

1. Disease suppresive soils are majorly driven by the interaction of microorganisms in the soil.2. There are not enough data to explore the link betweek the disease suppression function and the structure of microbial communties.3. This study use the BigBio experiment at Cedar Creek, Minnesota, USA and several crop experiment field as platforms.4. We studied the dynamics of microbial communities in repsponse to the change of plant diversity, level of fertilizing, and other factors that are known to influence the disease occurence.
