Outcome measures: NPRS, TSK, Quick-DASH, Universal Goniometer
Intervention: Graded motor imagery with conventional rehabilitation protocol for experimental group and for control group conventional rehabilitation protocol

结局指标：数字疼痛评分量表（Numerical Pain Rating Scale, NPRS）、坦帕运动恐惧量表（Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia, TSK）、快捷版上肢、肩部与手部残疾量表（Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand, Quick-DASH）以及通用量角器（Universal Goniometer）。干预方案：实验组采用分级运动想象（Graded Motor Imagery, GMI）联合常规康复方案，对照组仅实施常规康复方案。
