资源简介:
Chlamydia pecorum is an obligate intracellular parasite and veterinary pathogen of the Australian koala and sheep, cattle, goats and pigs globally. Cross-host transmission is considered to be a potentially important factor in the epidemiology of these infections and analyses of the genetic relationships between strains from each population will provide evidence for what role cross-host transmission has played in the evolution and adaptation of this pathogen to each of this contemporary hosts.
